    Stolen domain name. Response from registrar: "it has been determined that the unauthorized transfer or loss of the domain was due to negligence or a security lapse on the part of the original account owner." Wait, What?!?

    Update on this: the registrar is officially saying that they are acknowledging that the account was hacked and the domain transferred without permission. But it WAS NOT THEIR FAULT that the account was hacked, so they will not request a transfer undo.

    Ouch. W/ dozens of hosting accounts at 15 registrars since 1994, we learned years ago that "trusting Hostinger" is not on the list of "4500 smartest things I ever did" Blaming the customer? Lawsuit might help more than ICANN. Ask grok/claude good q's. Best wishes.
