Windows 11 April update unexpectedly creates new ‘inetpub’ folder -

Update: Microsoft told BleepingComputer that the creation of the 'inetpub' folder after installing the April Windows updates is intentional and it should not be removed. The folder is also created in Windows 10. We asked further questions about why it is created.
