I have been with you for years. Can you share how one power outage takes out your entire network for your customers? If it is more than a power outage, please share what is going on.
@Namecheap: One power outage in one data center can't shut down the entire network for so long time. Means there is sth else going on. We have has consulting call back to back and the meeting details are in Privateemail, all are going to get cancelled now just because of this.
