    Just came back from 5 days in London. My same role in UK would pay about 40% of what I make in US. Cost of living is twice as high. It just doesn't make sense. Asked a local how it all works, simply replied "it doesn't."

    UK pay is terrible I remember in 2005-2010 a Project Manager job was £40-50k, today a Project Manager job is £40-50k…
