TriageBox AI Gmail Checker rewrites every email as one plain sentence, then scores, sorts and sweeps your inbox from a Chrome popup. Archive, snooze, unsubscribe and bulk-clean whole senders, with the exact count in front of you before anything moves.

Every email rewritten as one sentence you understand, with the action and the deadline, before you open it.
Built for the inbox you already have
From noise to done, without leaving the popup
Every action is a normal Gmail action on your own account. Nothing changes in Gmail itself, and nothing is hidden behind a plan.
Every email, in plain language
Long newsletters, bank notices, school circulars, supplier invoices: each one becomes one clear sentence with the fact that matters in bold, plus the action and the exact deadline when there is one. You decide from the card; you open the original only when you need it.
The point, the action and the deadline on every card, in the email's own language
Tables and performance reports are analysed, not described: the numbers that moved
PDF attachments summarised on the card, sign-in codes copied in one tap
Optional relevance scores turn a noisy inbox into a short queue. Newsletters, offers, receipts and verification codes are tagged on the card, so you can peek at a thread without clearing Unread.
Score and sort the whole inbox with one click on ✦ Triage
Keep unread after a peek; the card stays where it was
Mute sender from the card more menu — mail leaves Unread/Read for the Muted tab
Copy a sign-in code straight from the card when the subject has one
Bulk unsubscribe and sweep, with the exact count first
See which senders you never read, unsubscribe in one click, and sweep the leftover pile by sender, age or category. TriageBox always shows the live number before anything is archived or deleted.
Per-sender unsubscribe using the list's own RFC 8058 header
Promotions, Social, Updates and Forums sweeps with a live count
Every card carries Gmail's own SPF, DKIM and DMARC verdict plus reply-path, attachment and look-alike domain signals. A verified sender is never accused of impersonating itself, and you get one clear banner, not four.
Corporate From answering to a personal mailbox: flagged as phishing
Brand name in the display name, different domain: flagged
Report spam or Not phishing in one click; TriageBox learns the sender
TriageBox for Android is a native app that talks to Gmail directly from your phone. Folder tabs with live counts, summaries prepared before you open a mail, snooze with automatic return, one-swipe archive and a Gmail-like original view.
Prepared summaries: the point, the action and the deadline, before you tap
Swipe for side buttons, long-press for the full menu, 24-hour undo
Encrypted on-device caches per account; your token never leaves the phone
Get started in minutes
Two clicks to a scored inbox. A third if you want AI.
STEP 1
Add to Chrome and sign in with Google
The button opens the live Chrome Web Store listing (fdkbolcjccjkgadblcfnbnlibaiaellj), then Google’s consent screen — no TriageBox account. Pin the icon: the badge is your live unread count.
STEP 2
Triage from the popup
Archive, snooze, label, unsubscribe or reply without opening Gmail. Open Bulk sweep when a sender or a category has piled up, and confirm the exact count.
STEP 3
Add an AI key, only if you want it
Two lanes. A free Google Gemini key keeps summaries and scores entirely free: TriageBox rotates through Gemini's free models and never bills you. For comfort we recommend an OpenRouter key on DeepSeek V4.1 Flash: no daily quota, faster, and a summary costs a fraction of a cent. Either key stays in your browser and calls the provider directly.
Privacy first
Your inbox does not pass through a TriageBox server
There is no TriageBox mail backend to trust. Mail moves between your browser and Google's APIs, and optional AI goes straight to the provider you chose.
No mailbox server
Processing runs in your browser. Your Gmail data is not sent to the publisher. The only shared service counts anonymous likes.
Keys stay on your device
AI keys live in this browser profile only, never in Chrome Sync, and are sent only to the provider that issued them.
Permissions you grant
Google OAuth through Chrome's identity APIs. Revoke any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; uninstalling removes local data.
Exact counts before bulk actions
Nothing is archived or deleted in bulk until you have seen the live number and confirmed. Trash keeps deleted mail for about 30 days.
What this app does, in one paragraph. The purpose of TriageBox AI Gmail Checker is to help the signed-in user manage and prioritise their own Gmail inbox from the browser. It is a productivity Chrome extension (toolbar badge, popup and side panel) that, with the user's OAuth consent, accesses the user's Gmail and optionally Google Calendar so they can view unread mail; archive, snooze, label, trash or mark threads read and unread; review possible phishing risk; see their calendar agenda; and optionally generate AI summaries using API keys the user supplies. It has no mailbox backend. This homepage is the official product site for the application of the same name configured on the Google OAuth consent screen. Read the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
Pricing
Free. No plan, no trial, no card.
Every feature ships to everyone. Optional AI uses your own provider account: a free Gemini key keeps it at zero, and an OpenRouter key, the comfortable option, costs a fraction of a cent per summary.

Scam checks with no API key
Optional AI summaries and scores on your Gemini, OpenRouter or Grok key
Yes. Free to install on the Chrome Web Store, with no subscription and no TriageBox account. Optional support never unlocks features. Digital download only: nothing is shipped, and there is nothing to return or refund.
Does mail go through a TriageBox server?
No. There is no TriageBox mailbox backend. The separate public support service counts anonymous likes; it receives no Gmail content. Processing runs in your browser; your Gmail data is not sent to the publisher.
Do I need an AI key?
No. Triage, sweeps, unsubscribe and the no-key scam checks work without one. For summaries and scores there are two lanes: a free Gemini key keeps everything free, on Google's free allowance, and is enough for most inboxes; an OpenRouter key on DeepSeek V4.1 Flash is what we recommend for comfort, with no daily quota and a cost of a fraction of a cent per summary. The welcome page walks you through both.
Will it replace Gmail?
No. TriageBox is not an email client. It works alongside Gmail from a popup or side panel; every action is a normal Gmail action on your own account, and Gmail stays exactly as it was.
Will it replace Checker Plus for Gmail?
Yes, for everyday popup mail actions and desktop alerts. TriageBox adds sender cleanup, unsubscribe, spam review and optional AI. Checker Plus retains richer voice and notification controls. Honest comparison, losses included.
Which browsers and phones?
Any Chromium browser that installs Chrome Web Store extensions: Chrome, Edge, Brave, Comet. On Android there is a native app, not yet on Google Play: request the APK and it arrives by email with its checksum. There is no iOS app.
Who is it for?
Individuals who want a focused inbox workbench for their own Google account. It is not a bulk-mail tool, not a marketing platform, and not intended to access other people's mailboxes.
