Hey! Just bumping this up again. Any chance you have 15 minutes to talk about 10x-ing your pipeline? 🚀

A SHORT DRAFT. A LONGER TO-DO LIST.

Hi Brad,

  • The 10x figure caught my eye. Could you walk me through one anonymised example, including the starting pipeline and measurement period?
  • Seeing which opportunities counted towards the result would help me understand how the increase was calculated.

Thanks,
Alex

LESS “JUST FOLLOWING UP.”✳MORE “PLEASE SEE ATTACHED.”✳SHORT REPLY. LONG ASSIGNMENT.✳

PRODUCTIVITY, IN REVERSE

Give them some homework.

Another unsolicited sales pitch?
Give the sender an assignment.

The questionnaire

Show interest in a specific claim, then ask for the detail behind it. A worked example, a breakdown, or an explanation that takes more than a quick answer.

Calendar chaos

Ask what they would cover in the call and for the supporting material in writing. Give them a reason to explain, without booking a meeting.

The infinite loop

Follow the headline claim down to its assumptions. Ask how the numbers add up and what changes in a different case. One considered reply each time you click.

CLICK. REVIEW. RETURN THE FAVOR.

A few seconds of yours.
A little homework for them.

You have better things to do.
They apparently don't.

  1. 1

    Pick your repeat offender.

Open an unsolicited sales pitch or another pushy follow-up in Gmail or Fastmail. Time Waster reads the selected email only when you click its toolbar icon.

  2. 2

    Choose your flavor of busywork.

Choose Quick or Essay in Options and add your sign-off name. Quick asks a focused question that takes work to answer. Essay develops a few connected questions with more supporting detail. Click the toolbar icon to prepare your draft. Click again to replace the current draft.

  3. 3

    Review it. Send it yourself.

Edit the draft if you like, then decide whether to send. Time Waster preserves your signature and quoted history, and never clicks Send.

SMALL REPLIES. CLEAR BOUNDARIES.

What to expect.

Your email stays local.

Chrome’s Gemini Nano drafts on your device. No Time Waster account, API key, or cloud AI service. Chrome manages a separate model download. Your mail provider may save the inserted draft as usual.

Fresh drafts, with you in control.

Replies are generated from your email. Repeated wording is checked against recent drafts. If local AI cannot finish a usable reply, your editor stays untouched and you can try again. Edits made while a reply is generating are protected. If insertion is blocked, your suggestion remains available in Options to copy.

You stay in charge.

One toolbar click prepares one draft. Click again during generation to cancel. Time Waster doesn’t scan your inbox, read attachments, send automatic follow-ups, or book meetings.
