There was an unfortunate error while changing the kernel.org primary/secondary mirroring infrastructure, which resulted in the /pub tree suddenly becoming empty. No data was lost, just public mirror copies. Everything is now being restored, but deletes are fast and restores are slow, so thank you for your patience!

@monsieuricon is it resynced now, seems the folders i need have come back atleast after a couple of days

That explains why my mirror (mirror.as35701.net) suddenly had to resync the entire lot the past days.
During the July 2 sync run of 4:10AM, rsync deleted nearly the entire local copy.
Meanwhile everything seems to be back in sync and I've added "--max-delete=5000" to my sync script 😁

@monsieuricon That’s the official version, but we know the truth: that a newly appointed French speaking maintainer read the directory name as a French word, exclaimed “Wat is zis? La pub has no plasse on ze kernel web site!” and deleted it.
(I have a French accent when I speak English so I’m allowed to make fun.)
