Roll your daily Minecraft seed!

Minecraft is deterministic. Know the seed, know the world. Seedle rolls one seed a day and scores what generated in the 2048x2048 blocks around the origin. Villages, monuments, mansions, where you spawn. That's the whole game.

How it works

  • One seed a day. Resets at midnight Eastern.
  • The square around the origin gets scanned exactly. Not sampled, not estimated. It's cubiomes, the reference implementation of Minecraft's own generation, against 1.21.3.
  • 111 rules. Hit one, get paid. Rare ones pay more.
  • The payouts aren't made up. Every rule is sampled over hundreds of thousands of seeds and priced off what comes back.
  • Your day lands on the material ladder, coal up to netherite. Median day is lapis.
  • Streaks, and a leaderboard with everyone in your Discord. Sign in or don't. Without an account it lives in this browser and dies with it.
  • Paste any seed you like into Minecraft. It generates the same world.

Questions

What is Seedle?
One Minecraft seed a day, scored. Everyone gets a unique seed. You roll it, you see what generated, you either got a woodland mansion or you got dirt. That's the game.
How does the scoring work?
Every rule the seed hits pays out emeralds. Rare stuff pays more. The rates aren't vibes. Every rule is sampled over hundreds of thousands of seeds and priced off what comes back, so a 1-in-10,000 find pays like a 1-in-10,000 find.
Is this real Minecraft world generation?
Yes. Minecraft is deterministic, so you don't have to generate a world to know what's in it. Seedle runs cubiomes, the reference implementation, against 1.21.3. Nothing is estimated. Paste the seed into Minecraft and you get the world you were just looking at.
How often can I play?
Once. Per day. No exceptions. It resets at midnight Eastern and the page counts it down.
What are the ranks?
coal → copper → iron → redstone → lapis → gold → emerald → diamond → netherite. The cuts come from the real distribution of everyone's scores, so a median day is lapis. If you want netherite you'll be here a while.
