Who we are
Seafruit is the data controller for personal data collected through this service. For data-related requests, contact us at privacy@aardbai.com.
What we collect and why
Email address — collected when you register. Used to:
- Authenticate your account and grant access to the service
- Manage your subscription and usage limits
- Send product updates and important service notices
- Internal business analytics to improve the product
You can object to use of your email for analytics or product updates at any time by emailing privacy@aardbai.com.
Usage data — number of shares created and total data stored, linked to your account. Used to manage your account and understand product engagement.
IP address — processed temporarily solely for short-term abuse prevention and rate limiting. The original IP address is never stored permanently in our databases.
Visitor analytics — we use a privacy-first analytics service to understand site traffic. This process is 100% anonymous, does not use cookies, and does not collect any personal data or persistent identifiers.
Third-party processors
We use a limited number of trusted third-party service providers to help us provide our service. This includes secure email delivery services solely for verification codes, and established cloud infrastructure providers for data storage and processing. All data is stored in encrypted form with industry-standard security protocols.
Data retention
- Shared content: deleted automatically based on your selected duration (up to 30 days)
- Verification codes: deleted immediately after use or expiry
- Account data (email, usage): retained while your account is active. Deleted upon request.
Fair Use Policy
To ensure service stability and prevent abuse, a fair use limit of 100 shared links per hour applies to all accounts, including PRO subscriptions. If this limit is exceeded, sharing will be temporarily restricted until the next hour.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Deletion — request erasure of your account and all associated data
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest (e.g. analytics)

2. Description of Service
Seafruit provides a tool to capture webpage content and generate shareable links optimized for Large Language Models (LLMs). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
3. Fair Use Policy
To maintain service quality for all users, we enforce a fair use limit of 100 shared links per hour. This limit applies to all accounts, including PRO subscriptions. Excessive usage beyond this limit may result in temporary suspension of access.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and the terms of service of the websites you share. Seafruit is not responsible for the content shared by users.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
PRO subscriptions are billed monthly. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider.
6. Compatibility and Refunds
Seafruit relies on third-party technologies and external website structures. We maintain browser and website compatibility on a "fair effort" basis. Changes to browsers, security protocols, or external website architectures may prevent the service from functioning as intended. Such occurrences do not entitle the user to a refund.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Shared content is stored temporarily and deleted automatically based on your selected settings or service defaults.
8. Limitation of Liability
Seafruit is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
