- What is Say Toucan?
- Say Toucan is a hosted feedback board where users post feature requests and vote on them, and the product team shares a public roadmap and changelog. It is free to start. Pro is $2/mo and covers all your boards.
- How much does Say Toucan cost?
- The free plan has no limit on boards, requests, votes or voters. Pro is $2/mo per account, not per seat or per user, and adds private boards, a custom domain, custom CSS and removal of the "Powered by Say Toucan" footer.
- Does Say Toucan charge per seat or per tracked user?
- No. One Pro subscription covers every board on your account. There is no charge per team member, per voter or per tracked user.
- Can I put my feedback board on my own domain?
- Yes. Pro boards can use a custom domain such as feedback.yourcompany.com. Point a CNAME record at Say Toucan and the board is served there with HTTPS. Example: https://request.dashcam.bike.
- Can I import my board from Upvoty?
- Yes. Paste the public URL of your Upvoty board on the Import page. Say Toucan reads the requests, votes and comments, shows a preview and creates the board. No export file is needed.
- How do users sign in to vote?
- Users sign in with Google or with an email address. Each user gets one vote per request, enforced on the server.
