Every listing says quiet and sunny. Now you can check.

Every number is derived from official data. How it is done

Who is it for?
Anyone buying a farmhouse, a finca, a country house or a smallholding in rural Europe, and the agents who sell them.
What is in a report?
Winter sun with the hills counted, noise from roads and railways, flooding, the view, the land register and more. Each figure is worked out for the exact plot.
Can I see the plot?
Stand on it in 3D at eye level. Move the sun to any date and hour and watch the shadows.
Can I keep and compare plots?
Save plots with their reports, sort them into folders and compare up to four side by side.
I do not have a plot yet.
Use Find land. Say what matters, such as winter sun or quiet, and the map shows the ground that matches. Try the examples below.
I am an estate agent.
The Professional plan lets you give reports to clients, with your name and logo on the PDF, and run a report for each of your listings.
How do I start?
Create a free account. Select a point on the map inside the highlighted area and confirm. The report fills in as each check finishes.
