I’m going to start registering the trends I notice both online and offline by posting a post with a new tag: trends
I’ve got this idea from the book The Black Swan (Taleb), form a particular part where the author describes how, throughout history, lots of people failed to register what was really going on in societies they lived in. Notebooks were reviewed by their authors years after the WW2, for example, only for them to conclude they were clueless about what was really coming.
I want to live the same experience. I want gauge it myself, my ability to understand what’s going on. In the future, I want to be able to look back into my notes and see if I were delusional or spot on.
