It is undoubted that the most precious asset to evaluate the value of one company is its culture, and one’s culture is the company.

In other words: the value is the culture, and the culture is the company.

There is a tremendous number of companies that achieved a great extent of fruition and with only one subtle/substantial shift in their culture the decline began, and even some by stirring the original culture refused to fall (Steve Jobs’ return to Apple).

Boeing has come with great names (NASA, …) in various fields (satellites, …) over the recent decades. We can detect and see how a shift in the culture and values could end up where.
