We've got some important updates to share with you. ProPresenter, the powerhouse of production software, is now available as a subscription. That's right – no more worrying about any large up-front costs or complex licensing information.

For years, we've witnessed users from all corners of the globe, from the largest venues to the most intimate gatherings, rely on ProPresenter to bring their visions to life. And we're honored to be a part of your creative journey. Our mission has always been to provide software that empowers you to create beautiful productions quickly and effectively. 

With the introduction of ProPresenter 7 and the ProPresenter+ maintenance program in 2020, we've been able to deliver a staggering 16 major updates in the last 4 years – that's an average of one major update every three months accounting for dozens of new features! 

But as the world of software evolves, we've recognized the need to adapt and make ProPresenter more accessible than ever before — as a subscription.

This means that new users can get started at a manageable monthly or yearly price, without the need to shell out a large lump-sum upfront. No more breaking the bank just to level up your presentations!

What if I have an active ProPresenter+?

For all you existing ProPresenter+ customers out there (and there’s many of you), fear not – your change is minimal.

Instead of renewing your ProPresenter+, you'll create an account and seamlessly migrate to the new subscription. You should be receiving an email that’ll let you quickly migrate your existing license with just a few clicks. 

But here's the best part: we're locking you in at the same annual price you're already paying for ProPresenter+ ($189/year for Seats or $469/year for Campus). That's right, your accounting team can breathe a sigh of relief knowing you won’t see any changes in your production budget!

What makes a subscription different?

The changes don't stop there. With the new subscription options comes a set of features that are sure to make managing your productions a bit easier (or if you’re using multiple devices, A LOT easier).

Account portal

Now, you'll have access to a custom Account portal, where you can manage all your ProPresenter subscriptions, computer activations, Bibles, and more – all in one convenient place. Add other users or admins to your organization and let them manage your productions with you.

Streamlined activation

Say goodbye to the days of juggling long unlock codes and keeping track of your license information. Create an account and you can activate ProPresenter with your username and password.

Flexible billing

Gone are the days of renewals and complex pricing structures. Your new subscription will ensure that you're always billed on schedule, allowing you to focus less on the blah-blah and more on doing what you do best: creating great productions. And the best part? You'll have instant access to the latest releases of ProPresenter as they become available.

When we said ‘flexible’, we meant it! You can add and remove seats as you need them and cancel your subscription at any time.

Subscriptions are available in plans as:

‍Standard $29/month or $289/year (per seat)

Campus $59/month or $649/year (20 seats – Worship customers only)

Device management

Do you regularly present on different computers? Now you can see all of your devices and deactivate seats that you don’t need to use elsewhere.

But I already purchased ProPresenter?

Now, I know what you might be thinking: "What about my existing ProPresenter license?" Your current license will continue to work with the last update available to you when your ProPresenter+ expires. Even if you migrate to a subscription and then cancel in the future, you’ll still always be able to use that last version available from your ProPresenter+.

And for those of you with an active ProPresenter+, we're locking you into your current rate for at least the next two years.

Where are subscriptions available?

You can now access subscriptions in version 17 of ProPresenter. No, that’s not a typo. Instead of ProPresenter 7, it’s now just — ProPresenter. We’ve dropped the 7, but you’ll still be able to see what the latest version is that you’re using. Check out the latest features now available in version 17.
