1. How do I download my files after purchase?

You will be sent a link to download the files immediately after checkout. If you have any problems, please contact support and we will help you get them!

2. Do you sell physical products?

Yes! We've just started shipping a few products with a view to produce proper project kits in the near future. Check out Apparel section for things you can get shipped to you, with free UK delivery over £50 (global shipping also available).

3. Are the downloadable plans suitable for kids?

All of the model plans can be built with supervision from an adult, but you will need some experience with tools and sourcing the correct materials and supplies for each build.

4. Which is best for a complete beginner?

Most of the downloads on this site assume you have some level of experience with building model aircraft. We're working hard to bring down the barrier to entry by providing video tutorials and actual kits that will be shipped out from this store worldwide.

5. How long does delivery take?

For physical products from this store (not the downloads) we aim to dispatch with 24 hours within the working week, as calculated at checkout. We then pass your order to Royal Mail/DPD who will provide stop-by-stop tracking information. At checkout, 3-5 working days for delivery within the UK, which allows for shipping and dispatch delays. Please note: we are closed during Christmas, from the 21st of December until the 2nd of January and will not be processing any orders during this time. Last order for Christmas delivery in the UK is 17th December.

6. What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards are accepted, including VISA, Mastercard & American Express. We also accept PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

7. Do you accept returns?

Our returns policy aligns with your UK consumer rights, which ensure your purchase is protected. All of the systems are tested thoroughly before sale, and we’re on hand to to help should you run in to any technical issues! Should you encounter an issue, please do not try and resolve them yourself. Doing so may invalidate your warranty or right to return.
