Accessing the Mastodon instant will direct the user to a page explaining that they were forced to Geoblock the UK, since in their own words: the Online Safety Act puts vulnerable/marginalised communities such as the LGBTQ+ community in danger, by forcing users to verify their identity, which could be used against them in the near future. The block page also compares the OSA to state censorship in Nazi Germany, comparing the OSA's "Harmful content" to Nazi "degenerate art".
Despite being a UK website. UK Access is BLOCKED due to Ofcom's threats regarding the OSA.

Blocks access to what was a free messaging board to help addicts converse with each other, talk about their struggles and help overcome their addictions together. OSA has forced the app to make everyone verify their identity to talk to each other. This has done the following: 1) The app has had to pass on the cost of using a third party identity verification platform. The messaging board was free, and now you must be subscribed to the premium version of the app to access it. 2) Force everyone to put a face to an addiction. This is just completely unacceptable. If there was ever a breach, everyone on the platform would be outed as an addict in one way or another (from self harm to drug addiction). It is a matter of when, not if.
All games are unavailable to play/download in the UK due to the OSA.
