You can run a Windows VM (Virtual Machine) inside Olares One and access it using an RDP client. The system supports essential Windows applications. However, these workflows typically rely on the CPU or integrated graphics rather than the dedicated GPU.
Yes. You have full control over the hardware and may install a full version of Windows if you prefer to use the device as a standard PC.
Alternatively, we recommend installing an additional SSD to create a dual-boot setup with both Windows and Olares OS.
Yes. By installing Steam Headless from the Olares Market, you can connect a monitor, keyboard, and mouse to Olares One to play games directly. You can also use it as a game server to stream games to your laptop, TV, or phone using a client like Moonlight.
No. Olares OS and all future system updates are free.
Yes. The motherboard includes an unoccupied NVMe M.2 SSD slot. Users can utilize LVM to extend the existing storage capacity.
