Do I need a Claude or Codex subscription?
Yes, at least one. Your agents' turns run on it, so model usage is billed by Anthropic or OpenAI under your existing plan, never by us.
Where does my code live?
On your machine. Agents work in your repositories there, and Moneypenny doesn't store your code on its servers. Our gateway passes the app's traffic between your browser and your machine. Claude and Codex see what they work on, just as they do in your terminal.
What counts as a machine?
Each computer you pair with your account, such as a desktop, a laptop or a server. Remove a machine and its place is free for another.
Which computers can I pair?
Linux on x86-64 (glibc 2.39 or newer, with systemd) and Apple silicon Macs on macOS 13 or newer. One command installs the connector on either. Windows isn't supported yet.
How do I pay?
Sign in, pair your machine, then choose a plan in the app. Creem, our merchant of record, takes the payment and adds the sales tax or VAT for your country. Switch plans anytime under Manage billing, and Creem adjusts the charge.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel anytime under Manage billing; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If Moneypenny isn't right for you, choose Refund and cancel in the app within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. See the refund policy.
