Political roots of evil became intertwined with spirituality.

In Gaza, the genocide is still ongoing: the bombing of civilians has decreased, but has never stopped; and extrajudicial executions continue. The people of Gaza are still “locked in a cage,” and essential supplies are being delivered in vastly insufficient quantities (tents, medicine, blankets, food, water, medical and psychological care, schools, materials for rebuilding wastewater systems, etc.). And the pressure remains to drive the Palestinians far away… even though they could be sheltered, taken in, and kept safe right next door, in Israel.

>> A collective Genocide

The October 2025 UN preliminary report titled “Gaza Genocide: a Collective Crime” (1) clearly points to long-standing, powerful support for the main “perpetrator” of the genocide. For decades, members of the “group” have promoted colonialist ideologies and disseminated narratives that dehumanize Palestinians. This group has provided direct and indirect support to the armed wing, the perpetrator: military aid, material, financial, and media support, as well as diplomatic protection; this continued for many years before October 7, and also afterward.

>> Before and After October 7, 2023

> Everything that happened before October 7 explains what happened afterward. The October 2025 article in *Le Monde Diplomatique*, by Gideon Levy of *Haaretz*, explains how the massacre of October 7, 2023 — likened to a new Holocaust — justified, in the minds of Israelis, the disproportionate genocidal response in Gaza. (3) (13) How could such a tragedy have unfolded amid silence and near-universal indifference in Israel? The physical devastation of Gaza echoes Israel’s internal devastation. Ultimately, the dehumanization of Palestinian Arabs has dehumanized the Israelis themselves. Illustrative video in (4) The Israeli opposition magazine +972 speaks of moral decay. (5)

> In its report, the Israeli Legal Center for the Arab Minority, ADALAH, emphasizes that more than 30 new laws passed by the Israeli Knesset since October 7 further reinforce apartheid and Jewish ethnic and national supremacy. The Israeli legal system, organized along ethnic lines, denies the fundamental rights of an ethnic group. The laws analyzed in the report demonstrate the entrenchment of a dual legal system that deliberately favors Jewish Israelis while systematically violating the rights of Palestinians. (24) These 30 new laws fall into the following categories:

> Denial of the right to freedom of expression, thought, criticism, and protest

> Denial of the right to citizenship, family life, and community ties among Palestinians

> Systematic denial of fair trial guarantees and violations of prisoners’ rights

> Denial of social rights and exacerbation of inequalities in the distribution of resources

> Cessation of UNRWA operations in the Occupied Palestinian Territories.

> Analysis

°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°

>> The first Puritan settlers (around 1620) “very quickly came to believe that the land on which they had settled had been assigned to them by Providence itself and that there was hardly any room for the Savages.” (6) And this idea took root and spread. Beginning in the 1770s, in their countless writings and sermons, clergymen compared the American people to the Hebrew people. This was followed by the genocidal “Indian Wars” (6), the gradual appropriation of Indigenous lands, and the subsequent confining of the survivors to isolated “reservations.” See maps in 6.3 of (6) A State of Mind That Has Remained Stable Over the Centuries. Thus, in 2018, U.S. Vice President Mike Pence stated: “The first settlers of my country also saw themselves as pilgrims, sent by Providence to build a new Promised Land.”

>> Theodor Herzl’s Zionist Project. (11)

> This Zionist Project did not arise “out of thin air”: it was the result of reflection in the face of long-standing, endemic, and violent European anti-Semitism. Herzl said he hesitated for a long time over the title of his book (1896), which he titled *Der Judenstaat* (The State of the Jews) rather than *Der Jüdische Staat* (The Jewish State). Yet his private writings refer only to a Jewish state. His primary objective is: “to obtain sovereignty, guaranteed by international law, over a portion of the globe large enough to meet our needs.” In his writings, he envisions this portion as stretching “from the torrent of Egypt to the Euphrates.” The indigenous populations seem absent from his book…. Whereas his private writings, however, clearly speak of colonization. He says: “We are announcing our intentions in broad daylight… and we wish to receive authorization before undertaking a mission that would otherwise be the most unjustifiable of experiments.” He also explains: “We need diplomatic negotiations — which I have already initiated — and large-scale propaganda.” (11)

> My feeling is that the policies of the “great powers” have (without informing their respective populations) given the diplomatic green light to colonization, while waiting to find a “workable” way to implement these secret diplomatic agreements. Otherwise, why would they have effectively stood “idly by” (22), as mere spectators, during the ethnic cleansing of the Palestinians by the Israelis in 1948–50, and throughout the decades of Palestinian oppression that followed? The media followed suit, and public opinion was “managed” by distorting and glossing over the essential facts. (11)

>> Introduction of the King-Crane Commission Report — August 28, 1019

« The Report exposes the evils of the secret treaties. It makes clear the glaring contrast between the solemn pledges of the European nations to the peoples of the Near East and their imperialistic course. » (…)

« President Wilson proposed that a joint allied Commission (…) ascertain the true conditions, and escpecially the desires of the peoples concerned (…). This, be it remembered, was in the days when the prinnciple of “self-determination” (…) still retained a degree of sanctity. (…) the other three members of the “Big Four” agreed ‘’in principle’’. “In principle” is a venerable and invaluable diplomatic phrase, in this cas as so often, it meant the opposite of “in practice”. »

>> The right of peoples to self-determination.

The American Declaration of Independence of July 4, 1776, defines these rights and states that “Governments are instituted among men to secure these rights, and their just powers are derived from the consent of the governed.” Thus, when the fate of the Arab provinces of the Ottoman Empire was being discussed in 1919, President Woodrow Wilson dispatched a commission of inquiry (known as the King-Crane Commission) to Palestine to ascertain the consent of the Palestinian population regarding the Zionist project. The Commission reported that “The Zionists hope to be able to dispossess the current non-Jewish inhabitants almost entirely. ” (8) After friendly consultations, President Wilson shelved the King-Crane Report… the issue of Palestinian self-determination being “taken up” in parallel in 1920 through the Treaty of Versailles/Covenant of the League of Nations, Article 22. (9). This article stipulated that the Palestinian populations at the time were not yet capable of governing themselves. This article contravenes the law: the mandating powers have no sovereign rights, as these rights belong to the people under the mandate. This is yet another example of an “organized” violation of the law, one that scrupulously adheres to the form of the law while simultaneously violating it. It should be noted that Jewish Palestinians were immediately granted full national rights in Israel…

>> The Ethnic Cleansing of the Palestinians (mainly Muslims & Christians)

Following the Arab Revolt of 1936, the Royal Commission on Palestine, headed by William Peel, issued its 400-page report, which I summarize in two sentences taken from the report: “The disease is so deeply rooted that we are firmly convinced that the only hope of a cure lies in surgical intervention.” “Partition seems to offer at least a chance of a lasting peace. We see no such chance in any other plan.”

But powerful figures did not share this view. Thus, Winston Churchill declared to the Peel Commission: “I do not think that the dog in the manger (12) has a right to the manger, even if he has been there for a long time. I do not recognize that right. I do not accept, for example, that a great wrong was done to the American Indians or to the black populations of Australia. I do not accept that a wrong was done to these peoples because a stronger race, a higher-grade race, a race more aware of realities, so to speak, came and took their place.” (7)

The issue of the ‘transfer’ of the Palestinian population out of the future Jewish state had been debated at length at the Zionist Congress in Zurich in 1937, yet these debates were kept secret (and remained so until the 1990s). And when ethnic cleansing was carried out in 1948–1950, it appeared sufficiently shameful in the eyes of Zionist leaders that they denied it (accusing the victims of being the cause of their own misfortune).” (8) (14)

>> The UN’s 1947 “scrap of paper”

As time passed, the idea of the right of peoples to self-determination took root in people’s minds and was set “in stone.” How can one advocate for certain Principles and then do the exact opposite? Our “elites” have always known how to do this… without our people realizing it… it is a miracle of democracy and the media.

Thus, we recall the “Balfour Declaration” of 1917; see text in (15). But Balfour also said: “In Palestine, we do not propose to go through the formality of consulting the wishes of the country’s present inhabitants.” ” (…) “Zionism, whether right or wrong, good or bad, is rooted in millennia-old traditions, in present-day needs, and in future hopes, which are of far greater importance than the prejudiced desires of the 700,000 Arabs who currently inhabit this ancient land. ” (8) In 1938, Ben-Gurion fully understood that the perceived consequences of Zionism had sparked the Arab revolt. He explained: “We are the aggressors, and they are defending themselves. ” And he elaborated on this idea by explaining that, for the Arabs, Palestine “belongs to them because they live there, whereas we want to come and settle there, and, from their point of view, we want to dispossess them of their country.” (8)

On November 25, 1947, the ad hoc committee approved the partition plan for Palestine, and the UN resolution paved the way for two democratic states for all citizens in each state, without any discrimination based on religion, race, or gender, etc., etc. (plus the Jerusalem area). The 1948 Declaration of Independence of the State of Israel echoed the same terms. (16)

Ultimately, the policy implemented in 1948–50 consisted of carrying out a massive ethnic cleansing of the indigenous non-Jewish Palestinians (the Nakba 1) and importing “Arab” Jewish populations from Morocco and Iraq to replace them. Details in (8) and (2A) & (2B)

After this massive ethnic cleansing (and the massacres carried out to “facilitate the process”), Israeli Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion said: “We must do everything to ensure that the Palestinians never return; the old will die and the young will forget” (17)

>> Destabilization maneuvers for Israel’s benefit

As early as February 1982, an article appeared in the Israeli newspaper *Kivunim* (Directions), written by an obscure journalist (most likely a pseudonym), which put forward two powerful ideas:

A > Israel’s survival requires that Israel become an indispensable regional power.

B > To achieve this, the Arab states in the region must be “fragmented” into smaller and more numerous states, each with a certain degree of ethnic or religious homogeneity.

Soon after, primarily from the United States, a number of “plans” emerged to redraw the borders in the Middle East:

2004 — “Greater Middle East Initiative”

2006 — “New Middle East” (ethno-cultural division)

2009 — “A Clean Break” (for a strong Jewish state)

2013 — “Wright Plan” (to break up Syria, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, etc.)

2016 — “Plan ‘B’” Fragmentation of Syria

2019 — “Deal of the Century” for the Palestinians

>> LARGE-SCALE PROPAGANDA maneuvers

Western populations are not stupid, but proven techniques have so far enabled them to “freely” choose to think in the way expected of them. The dominance of opinion journalism, supported by private-sector advertising, has taken precedence over genuine investigative journalism.

> Global activism is a serious matter.
Over the past 20 years, targeted activism has succeeded in bringing the parliaments and governments of the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Israel into near-perfect alignment.
The World Union of Jewish Students’ HASBARA MANUAL aims primarily to “influence public opinion // influence public leaders // influence the leaders and opinion-makers of tomorrow” on a global scale — see (131-page PDF brochure):
https://hasbaratracker.com/library/documents/hasbara-handbook-2002.pdf
The T.I.P. (The Israel Project) lists the targeted countries right on the first page: the United States // Germany // the United Kingdom // France. See the 116-page brochure:

https://australiansforpalestine.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/tip_report.pdf

These brochures leak very rarely !

> “Fake news” sometimes exploits bad faith that capitalizes on the general public’s ignorance. An excellent example is the notion that the Hamas Charter called for the destruction of Israel, “whereas this Charter, revised in 2017, states in Article 20 its agreement with the creation of a Palestinian state as proclaimed by the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) in 1988” (22). See also an in-depth analysis in (23).

> Proven techniques for exploiting biases make it possible to avoid “fake news,” which is now more easily identifiable thanks to the internet. Details regarding Bias & Distorted Media Coverage methods on Israel/Palestine (21). Furthermore, manipulation occurs both upstream in shaping public opinion and downstream in the areas of law and justice.

> The numerous “unanswered questions” reflect the unease and loss of trust in our ‘elites.’ An interesting article by the French Jewish Union for Peace (UJFP) lists twenty-one questions that remain unanswered (22). Excerpts:

> Why has Israel enjoyed a special status of immunity since its creation, even though it is a state like any other — except that it claims to be a victim of its own victims?

> Why shouldn’t the Palestinians have the right to defend themselves, when their state — proclaimed in 1988, recognized by more than 150 countries, admitted to the UN General Assembly, UNESCO, etc. — has been occupied by its neighbor, Israel, since June 1967?

> Why do you, French intellectuals who are supposedly Cartesian, accept that France and NATO are arming the Ukrainians — who have lost a fifth of their country over the past two years and intend to reclaim it — yet you do not consider, as President E. Macron does, for France and NATO to arm the Palestinians, who have lost their entire country for more than 57 years and who also intend to reclaim it?

>> Kahanism has become the dominant ideology in Israel. See (25).

HAARETZ journalist Gideon Levy is right when he writes that the “war in Gaza” is the first Kahanist war — the war to establish a fascist state that faithfully reflects the widespread Kahanism that has swept through Israeli society in recent years. (26) And another distinguished Israeli figure, Zehava Galon, emphasizes that (what remains of) “the Israeli left should focus on a single goal: getting rid of Kahanism.” (27) But it is there, firmly entrenched in Israel. In practice, Kahanism is incitement to racial or religious hatred and discrimination. It is also a call for segregation, murder, and massacre — or even incitement to genocide. It also involves justifying terrorism against minorities or inciting their extermination, whether individual or collective. (36)

In France, all of this is regulated and punishable under the Law of July 19, 1881 / Penal Code Article R645–1, with further reinforcement via a bill currently under consideration. But another problem is that our “elites” continue to deal with the Kahanist government of Israel as if it were a “normal” government. “

>> The genocide following October 7, 2023 (the Nakba 2)

> A Genocide ? In Gaza ? And Still Ongoing ? Analysis in (13)

> In September 2025, two U.S. senators released a report following an official visit to Israel, the West Bank, Jordan, and Egypt. The State of Israel denied them access to Gaza and even prohibited them from flying over it. See the summary article on their report in (28). What do they say? That the Israeli government used the horrors of October 7 as a pretext and an opportunity to achieve objectives it had been pursuing long before the war began: the realization of its long-standing vision… of a Greater Israel. “The findings of our trip lead to the inevitable conclusion that the war waged by the Netanyahu government in Gaza went far beyond the fight against Hamas to impose collective punishment on the Palestinians living there, with the aim of making their lives unbearable.” The senators then provide a lengthy list of the destruction and atrocities carried out for this purpose, and conclude that “The fact that the Netanyahu government and now the Trump administration are presenting their plan as a call for the ‘voluntary’ exodus of Palestinians from Gaza is one of the most fraudulent, sinister, and twisted cover-ups ever concocted.” (28)

> We were searching for the roots of the evil that led to the genocide of the Palestinians. But in doing so, we realize that the genocide is only one facet of a multifaceted, colossal “evil” that has infiltrated and permeated not only the State of Israel, but also all Western states, which make themselves complicit in this intolerable situation, depending on the case, through their various forms of support, or simply through their de facto inaction (I’m not interested in the blah-blah-blah with which our “elites” bombard and lull us to sleep). We have thus come to be part of the “perpetrators of a collective crime” (1) that checks every box contrary to the values and principles that these same “elites” claim to defend… in our name. All of this smacks of “large-scale” intellectual prostitution.

> “The Palestinian Question,” the title of the UN Preliminary Report of Oct. 20, 2025, (1) makes recommendations (in Chapter VI) calling for the suspension of all military, commercial, and diplomatic relations with Israel; for reconstruction and reparations; for an end to the siege of Gaza; for recognition of Palestinian self-determination; for Israel’s suspension from the United Nations; and for the implementation of BDS.
Among our “elites,” we observe (through their inaction) a very clear “rejection” of these ideas. This may seem baffling to those who respect international law and our commitments to the UN. Is Israel, then, “above the law”? No! It is worth recalling that christian believers consider it to be “a holy people ” (Deut. 14:2) — a taboo, “who dwells apart and is not counted among the nations” (Num. 23:9). So, in practice, doesn’t this amount to giving priority to religious considerations whenever Israel is involved, while sticking to human laws for everyone else? This is, after all, a blatantly fundamentalist approach!!

It should be noted that the views expressed by Theodor Herzl would be highly critical of the policies of successive Israeli governments, especially given their current Kahanist-genocidal environment. For example, Herzl said (11): “Faith unites us; knowledge sets us free. We will therefore not tolerate any theocratic tendencies among our spiritual authorities. We will keep them in their synagogues… The army and the rabbinate will be honored in accordance with their valuable functions. But they must not interfere in the administration of the state.” Israel’s drift has led it to ruin.

>> Analysis

> My sense is that, given the prevailing mindset in the West, the “indigenous peoples” here or there are, in practice — and even today — virtually equated with local wildlife in terms of rights. This has been observed in the past in the Americas, in Australia, in Africa, and so on, and it is being observed today in Palestine as well. In this regard, we are expressing a form of humanism that is among the most primitive, according to the teachings of the anthropologist Claude Lévi-Strauss.

> Patience and wisdom have succeeded in shaping Common Principles that take the form of rules of conduct shared by different states, cultures, and civilizations. However, the beliefs and convictions of our Western “elites” are undermining this work. Actions carried out by “organized groups” are not the result of a conspiracy, but rather the outcome of similar mindsets among various Westerners in America and Europe of diverse faiths. All believe in a fictional Promised Land. All believe they are agents of a mission or destiny to bear witness — “to be a light to the nations, to bring my salvation to the ends of the earth” (Isaiah 49:6). All believe in the myth that God commands us to massacre or expel the indigenous peoples whom God placed there for us to dispossess: “ in the cities of these peoples, whose land the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance, you shall not let anything that breathes remain alive. ” (Deut. 20:16–17) All Believers act to avoid being cursed: “Whoever blesses Israel will be blessed, and whoever curses Israel will be cursed” (Num. 24:9) “For you are a people set apart for the Lord your God” (Deut. 7:6)

And I can fully understand — having experienced it myself — the profound mental block this can create for the believer, who then gives priority to the word he believes to be divine.

> Belief in predestination is another major problem, because the Texts presented to us as prophecies trap the believer in a deadly logic to which they must commit. Thus, in the end, universal peace is promised (Isaiah 11:6–7), but the means to achieve it will be extreme violence (Ezekiel 38 and 39) (Micah 5). Finally, after the Lord has led all the nations to attack Israel, He will appear to defeat them all (Zechariah 14) (Daniel 7:27)

Thus, according to the Bible, once the recalcitrant have been exterminated, those who remain will be those who have embraced the Lord and accepted their subordinate position: finally, a world of peace. See supporting biblical citations in (33).
My view is, quite clearly, that many of these texts (as well as others) are pseudo-theological (= false), in the sense that they were written to serve as the weapon of a political coup orchestrated in Babylon by the Judean elites who were exiled there. Unfortunately, these texts were included in the compilation of Israelite texts commissioned by the Egyptian king Ptolemy to enrich the royal library. The original documents have disappeared, but their translation into Greek (the language spoken at the time in Lower Egypt) resulted in the Septuagint, which became the Christian Old Testament, etc. My analysis is that these additions completely distort the spiritual content of the work… And are being used (once again) to support political actions contrary to the values I learned in catechism.

Details in the article “Are there any “fakes” in the Bible?’’ (18)

Let us remember that to criticize is both to condemn and to point out our own shortcomings. And, as Bossuet said, “God laughs at those who complain about the consequences when they have cherished the causes.”

Camille Aboussouan, Lebanon’s ambassador to UNESCO, foresaw this as early as 1968: “The West, as the protector of an expansionist and sectarian Israel, may one day wake up horrified by the tragic consequences of its cruel partiality.”

(33) Here is the predestined end of earthly history:

With the barbarian invasions — first by the Assyrians, then by the Babylonians — the idea and hope of a world without war grew stronger. Isaiah I proclaims that “the law will go out from Zion, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem. He will be the judge of the nations, (…) no nation will lift up the sword against another, and they will no longer learn war.” (Isaiah 2:3–4)

It will be a world in which the works of the Lord will no longer go two by two and face to face (Sirach), for the absence of opposites allows for universal peace: The wolf will dwell with the lamb, (…) and the lion, like the ox, will eat straw (…)” (Isaiah 11:6–7)

The means to achieve this, however, will always be extreme violence:

The story of “Gog and Magog” remains very much present in the minds of Christians in the U.S. (Ezekiel 38 and 39): (…) the Lord says, “On the day that Gog marches against the land of Israel, my wrath will rise up in my nostrils. ” And He will send upon them — and upon the many peoples who will be with him — plague and bloodshed. (…) The Lord will send “fire upon Magog.” (…) And in the end, “Gog and his multitude will be buried.” (…)

At some point, a Messiah will come who, with the help of the Lord, will repel and exterminate the enemy of that time. (Micah 5) But there will be many other trials…

(Summary of Zechariah 14) The Lord says: “I will gather all the nations to attack Jerusalem; the city will be captured, the houses plundered, and the women raped.” Later, The Lord will appear and fight against those nations (…) The Lord will be king over all the earth; on that day, the Lord will be the only Lord, and his name will be the only name. (…) And the plague of the Lord will strike all the peoples who have fought against Jerusalem. (…) All who remain from all the nations that came against Jerusalem will go up year after year to worship the King, the Lord of Hosts.

Isaiah 3 explains why the Gentiles will bow down: “For my house shall be called a house of prayer for all peoples. (56:7) (…) The sons of the foreigner will rebuild your walls [Jerusalem], and their kings will be your servants; for I struck you in my anger, but in my mercy I have compassion on you. (60:10) (…) For the nation and kingdom that will not serve you shall perish; those nations shall be exterminated(60:12)

Thus, “The kingdom, dominion, and greatness of all the kingdoms under heaven will be given to the people of the Most High. His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all rulers will serve and obey him.” (Daniel 7:27)

Thus, once the rebellious have been exterminated, those who remain will be those who have embraced the Lord and accepted their subordinate position: at last, a world of peace…
