“What needs to become $0 for customers to give us lots of money?”
“Substitutes /complements” aren’t recent topics, they’re foundational principles from Economics 101.
…but then having a rethink on the topic can give new ideas /insights while building digital products.

There’s lot’s of examples like this playing out across the world, companies commoditizing complements to drive adoption to their core business model.
Tesla and it’s charging networks, Google and its Android OS, Microsoft and Github, etc.
