COVID-19 has changed the aspects of people’s everyday life. The current lockdown has compelled many schools and teachers to adopt online learning practices. This article is about STEM Education, which is important in today’s world for the growth of children.

What is STEM Education?

STEM means Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. STEM education is based on real-life situations to help the kids learn better. The methods or examples used in STEM Education are important because they are a part of our lives. Science is around us everywhere and engineering is the basic design of any blocks, legos, etc. I tried to expose my kids to STEM learning from an early age to set a foundation for a better future.

Why is it important?

STEM education is very important in the 21st century. STEM education provides a student to be creative and enhance their thinking skills. In STEM education children can learn practical-based skills that they can use in the workforce and in the real world. It also enhances creative thinking in children. Children can use Science, Math, Technology, Engineering to do their jobs.
