Deploy WordPress with 1-Click App
First of all, login to your DigitalOcean account. Now we are going to create a new droplet with WordPress 1-click app. This app will install Nginx, Php, Apache, MySql, and Postfix on the server.
Click on the ‘Create’ on the right corner and select ‘Droplet’.
Now on the ‘Create Droplet’ page select ‘Marketplace’ tab in ‘Choose an image’ and then select ‘WordPress on 18.04’.

The next step is to choose a plan. Here we are going to choose a Standard plan of $5 per month. You can choose larger plans according to your needs.
After selecting the plan, select a data center location. You can select the location which is close to our targeted audience. Next, select the authentication method. If you already have SSH key added then you can select the SSH keys option otherwise use the password option. You will get the password on your email for the second option.
Finally, give a hostname if you want and click the ‘Create Droplet’ button on the bottom.
Now it will take a few seconds to deploy your droplet and you will get an IP address for your droplet. Use this IP address to log in to your new server.
Direct your domain to the IP address by adding ‘A’ record in your domain’s DNS settings. Now your domain will point to the server.
Now you have to log in to this server via SSH to finish your WordPress installation. So open the terminal and login to the server and follow the instructions on the command line terminal. It will ask for your domain name and install the WordPress for that domain.
After finishing the installation process, you are ready to use your new WordPress website.
