- Is the bandwidth truly unlimited?
- Yes, we are powered by Cloudflare and BunnyCDN under the hood. Only in the rare cases of sustained heavy abuse (say, multiple terabytes / month), our Fair Usage Policy might kick in and we will reach out.
- What happens after my trial ends?
- We will give you two weeks time to upgrade your account to a paid plan, after which your images will be permanently deleted.
- Do you have a free plan?
- No. Serving images costs money and we want MageCDN to be a sustainable business. But if you're severely constrained on funds, please send us an email, we will work something out.
- Can I get a refund?
- For monthly subscriptions, we will give refund if you ask us within the first week of billing date. For year subscriptions, it's two weeks.
- Are there any restrictions to images I can upload?
- All images are subject to our Accetable Usage Policy. We disallow adult, gore, and any forms of illegal content.
