30 seconds. One entry. One mood.

Own your patterns— without the noise.

See how your mood shifts—day by day, month by month. You already have sleep, steps, location, and heart data; Lutino helps relate it to what you were doing and how you felt. Tailored daily to-dos suggest small things to try next, grounded in your own log—not a generic list. Light, on-device insight—optional Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect, and place. No personal data leaves the app.

Built for real life— not another dashboard

Quick entries, health and place on your terms, tailored daily to-dos from your own patterns, and insights you can actually use—without feeding a feed.

  • Track what moves you

30 seconds. One entry. One mood. Tag how you felt and what was going on—then add Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect, or location when you want sleep, steps, workouts, and places in the same story.

  • You already have the data

Sleep, steps, location, heart rate—Lutino helps correlate what your phone already knows to your activities and moods, so you can see the day as a whole instead of scattered stats.

  • See how your mood changes

Charts and heatmaps, day by day and month by month—built to spot movement and contrast, not to hand you a score or a streak to defend.

  • Tailored daily to-dos

Short suggestions for things to try today—tailored to your journal and what tends to line up with elevated mood in your own history. Pick what fits; it’s pattern-informed nudging, not a prescription.

  • Not just tracking

On-device models can suggest what to notice or try next—reflection prompts grounded in your log, not medical advice. Nothing personal is uploaded to us for cloud processing; this site may use ordinary analytics separately.

  • Make it yours

Tune themes and accents so the journal matches your taste and feels like a space you want to open, not a one-size-fits-all template.

How it works

Health, location, and on-device insight are optional—leave off what you don’t need. Everything sensitive stays on your phone.

  1. Log the mood

About thirty seconds: a mood tap and a line if you want it—enough for future-you to remember what the day was like.

  2. Layer in health & place

Connect HealthKit, Health Connect, or location if those signals help your story. Skip anything that doesn’t feel right.

  3. On-device analysis

Your phone looks for recurring themes—what shows up when you’re doing okay versus when you’re not. That work stays local; we don’t pull your journal into the cloud for it.

  4. Peek when you’re curious

Some weeks you barely open it; other weeks you want the view. No guilt trips, no streak you have to protect.

Common questions

Straight answers—email the developer if yours isn’t here.

Where do I get the app?
Use Download in the header: on iPhone or iPad it opens the Apple App Store when the listing is available, on Android it opens Google Play when available, and on other devices it jumps to the Track what moves you download section on the home page (with the store buttons). The Apple App Store and Google Play buttons on the page open the official listings in a new tab.

Does my data leave my phone?
What you put in the app—journal entries, allowed health or location data, and on-device analysis—isn’t sent to us for cloud processing. This marketing site may use standard web analytics; that’s separate from your in-app information. Full detail will land in the privacy policy when it’s finalized.

What does the on-device AI do?
It scans your logs and, if you connected HealthKit, Google Health Connect, or location, how those line up with your moods. It can surface activities or contexts that often appear when you’re feeling better versus lower, and suggest optional tailored daily to-dos grounded in that history. It’s for self-reflection, not treatment—it doesn’t diagnose or replace a professional.

Is this a therapy or medical app?
No. Lutino helps you notice your own patterns over time. It isn’t clinical care. If you’re in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line. For ongoing support, a licensed provider is the right channel.

Do I need long entries?
No. Think 30 seconds, not a novel—a mood tap plus a short line is plenty. Small, regular logs beat occasional essays when you’re trying to see trends.

Does it cost money?
Lutino is a free install on the Apple App Store and Google Play. If paid options ever appear, we’ll say so clearly in the app and store listings.
