Set up LopeBase (lopebase.com) for this project. Run `npx lopebase` in this folder and follow its steps; I will sign in or create a free account in the browser when it asks. Once you are connected to the LopeBase MCP server, call get_onboarding_status and do each step it marks next: add this product as a property, connect the services this codebase already uses (payments, analytics, Search Console, error tracking), add the LopeBase Adapter to the app, and set up uptime checks for the site and the services it depends on. Use request_human_action for anything only I can do, like approving an OAuth screen or pasting a key, and never print secret values back to me.

What is LopeBase?
An ops console for people running more than one small SaaS product. It reads the tools each product already uses and shows growth, revenue, traffic, uptime, and SEO for every product on one screen, with an SEO suite and a content autopilot on top.
Does LopeBase need access to my database?
No. It reads from services like Stripe, PostHog, and Search Console with read-only keys. If you want your own product's user and signup counts too, a small read-only endpoint you host can report them. LopeBase never connects to your database.

By how many properties you connect and how many team members you add. Free covers one property and one team member. Studio is $19 a month for up to 5, Portfolio is $49 a month for up to 15, and Agency is $149 a month with no limit. Paying yearly gets two months free. Every plan includes monthly AI credits.
Can my AI agent set up LopeBase?
Yes. LopeBase has an MCP server. Create an agent token in Settings and your agent can add products and connect their services. How it works.
Is it a replacement for PostHog or Stripe?
No. Keep them. LopeBase reads from them. You still go to Stripe for Stripe things, just a lot less often.
