Founded Runner to address workflow inefficiencies in the $400 billion commercial real estate market. Led end-to-end product development by conducting 50+ customer development calls to identify core pain points, such as brokers managing 200-300 emails daily. Built and shipped two AI-powered prototypes: a personal CRM based on email and marketing software that used AI to extract building data from uploaded flyers and create market surveys.
2015 — 2022
Co-founded Craft in 2015 and spent seven years as CTO of a data platform company that raised $50M. Led a 40-person organization across design, product, and engineering. Built 200,000 company profiles generating 2M monthly visitors, then pivoted to supply chain risk management SaaS in 2019. Shipped our first SaaS product in five weeks, landed a government client one month later, and signed a deal that expanded to $28M over five years.
