Ok so I wanted to loooove these! I purchased two and transplanted them as per the instructions. However, they were alive, but they were not thriving after a month or so. I wrote to the company and they sent me a new one, which was awesome! However, this new one had the same problem as the first two.
I was gonna transplant them into something smaller, but when I took them out of the soil, I realized that their roots were not growing past the biodegradable root pouch that they had come in.. I cut it off and transplanted them together and they grew like crazy! I was so proud!
However, I had a fungus gnat infestation and I don’t know if when trying to destroy them, I hurt the plants as well because they started to die off. Absentmindedly, I took a couple of clippings and put them in my aerogarden - the thing went crazy!!
I don’t know why, but I have the hardest time, growing it in soil and I’ve tried a few different things ! It got so top heavy it fell out of the aero garden so I put it in soil and it immediately stated to die - here I am with a couple of clippings, I managed to save off of it.
It sure is beautiful when it grows well!
