I got an email that said that my Microsoft storage is almost full. I checked but did not find that issue. Unfortunately I did click on the link in the email. Now I’m kinda worried. Help

I ignored the email and suggest you do the same. You will get a notification when you’re storage is nearly full when you’re working with your pc or outlook directly anyways.

Clicking on the link itself typically doesn't do anthing harmful, unless the link downloads a file and you run the file, or the link wants you to enter your personal information, and you enter them. If you simply opened the link, it is fine.
Can you go to https://account.live.com > Expand the Microsoft storage section, is it full there?
