AI Lead Intake

Every visitor gets a conversation. Only buyers get in.

FrontDeskChat answers every visitor from your real prices and policies, then qualifies them against your rules before you spend a minute on them.

The problem

Wrong-fit calls get booked. Real leads go cold.

You sell your time by the hour. But first, you're your own front desk.

  • Wrong-fit calls still eat an hour each.
  • Leads who message at 9pm go cold before you reply.
  • Nearly 8 in 10 buyers hire whoever answers first.

The job, not the tools

This is a front desk's job. You're doing it in browser tabs.

The job is one unbroken motion: greet, answer, screen, take a deposit, book. Here's where each tool you're paying for drops it.

Your time stays for buyers.

Getting started

You don't configure it. You teach it.

Like onboarding a new hire. About ten minutes.

Tell it what this front desk handles: the service it books, and who's a fit to book it. It works from that brief, not a script, so it can hold a real conversation.

Write your rules in plain English, not a flow builder, not an intent tree. Who to qualify, what to charge, when to push back, when to hand a visitor to you. It reasons from your judgment, and when it's unsure, it asks.

List your sessions and their fees: a free intro call, a paid audit. It works out which one a visitor actually needs and books that. No rigid forms to pick from.

Google Calendar gets you booking in a click. Everything else, payments, your CRM, note-takers, project trackers, connects natively over MCP, so any MCP-compatible tool plugs straight in. No Zapier chains, no brittle webhooks.

Only one that improves itself

Better every week, and you never touch a prompt.

The front desk you launch today is the worst it will ever be. It finds what's quietly costing you bookings, drafts the fix, and waits for your one-click yes.

  1. It reviews its week

Reads its own chats and flags the patterns that repeat, the ones quietly costing you bookings.

  2. It tests the fix

Replays each fix against your real chats to prove it books more, without breaking the ones that worked.

  3. You approve it

Nothing ships without your yes. One click to approve, edit, or skip.

For your review · this week

Pattern it found

In 14 chats, visitors shared a time that worked, then heard nothing back. The bot never asked to book.

Fix it suggests, in plain English

“Thursday at 2 works. Want me to hold that slot for you?”

Replayed against your real conversations: would have booked 11 of 14. Breaks nothing.

Edit

Shipped to your front desk.

Skipped. Nothing ships without your yes.

It course-corrects live, too. Ask the same thing twice and it tries a clearer answer instead of looping until the lead goes cold.

Control & trust

Your rules. Your money. Your final say.

Handing an AI your front desk and a payment flow is a real leap. Here's exactly why you can take it.

  • It can't make things up

Do you offer a payment plan?

I don't have a payment-plan rule from you yet, so I won't guess. Let me bring in the team.

    grounded in your rules

No confident guesses. No made-up policies.

It answers from the rules and facts you gave it, never invented ones. When it doesn't know, it says so and hands the visitor to you.

  • Your rules, your tone

    Your rules

    • Only book founders at B2B companies past $1M in revenue.
    • The Growth Audit is $1,500. Intro calls are free.
    • If you're not sure, hand it to me. Never guess.

It follows the rules you wrote, and every conversation is yours to read.

  • It never holds your money

Visitor pays Your payment tool Your bank account

FrontDeskChat is never in the money path.

Session fees go straight to your own payment account. The bot never sees a card number.

  • Only you can refund

    Issue a refund?

    Refund $1,500 to Jordan Lee

The bot has no way to do this.

    Back

Refunded by you. The bot never could.

The bot can take a payment. It can never send one back. A refund is a button only you have.

Your side of the desk

It works the door. It also works with you.

Ask it anything about your practice. It answers from memory, and you pick which expert replies.

Who's worth chasing this week?

Two founders cleared your $1M screen last week but didn't book. I'd nudge Jordan Lee first, the closest fit.

Revenue

It pays for itself with the first booking.

A front-desk hire runs $2,000 a month. FrontDeskChat is $39, and it pays for itself: one booking, or one no-show prevented, covers months of the plan, and we never take a cut.

Pricing questions

Do you take a cut of my bookings?

No. Never. Book a $5,000 client, you keep all $5,000. A flat monthly fee, full stop. No percentage, no per-booking fee, no surprise bills after a busy month.

Can I switch billing or plans later?

Yes. Move between monthly and annual billing, or between plans, whenever you like. Annual billing saves you two months.

Is there really no per-conversation charge?

Right. Each plan is a flat monthly price with a set number of conversations included; you're never billed per chat on top. Need more room? Move up a plan. We never take a cut of a booking, either.

What counts as one conversation?

One visitor's chat with a front desk, start to finish. A typical one runs around 500 words back and forth, however many messages that takes. A visitor who returns another day starts a new one; opening the chat without typing doesn't count. Your monthly allowance is pooled across all your front desks.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Nothing is charged unless you pick a plan. The 7-day trial needs no card, and if you don't choose one, the account simply pauses.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, in one click, with no contract. On annual billing you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Can I pause my account?

Yes. Travelling or taking a break? Pause it. No conversations run, and on a monthly plan you're not charged for a paused month. Annual plans keep access through the paid period.

Can I buy extra conversations without upgrading?

No top-up add-ons. The cleaner move is the next tier up, which unlocks more features too, not just more volume. Regularly hitting your limit is the signal to move up.

Are there any setup or onboarding fees?

None. The plan price is the only price. While we're early, the founder does a personal onboarding call at no extra cost, included in every trial, not a paid upgrade.

I already have a booking link.

A booking link opens your calendar to anyone with the URL, no question of budget, fit, or whether they'll show. This asks first and charges first, then books. The link fills your week; this fills it with buyers.

Why not just a form?

A form takes a name and goes silent. It can't answer the question that would've won the deal, and half the people who start one leave. This holds the conversation, answers in the moment, and asks for a deposit, not just an email.

Isn't this just a chatbot?

A support bot is built to deflect tickets. This is built to screen buyers and take money, the opposite job. It doesn't loop "how can I help?"; it works from your rules, and when it's unsure it hands you the visitor instead of guessing.

I could wire this together myself.

You could: a form, a chatbot, a payment tool, a calendar, glue between them. Then you own it. It breaks when one app changes its API, fails without telling you, and you find out from the leads that never arrived. This is that whole chain, already built and kept working.

Won't an AI feel cheap to a senior buyer?

What feels cheap is a contact form and a reply the next morning. An assistant that answers real questions in two seconds and screens the way you would doesn't feel like a toy, it feels like you finally hired someone.

Get back to the work You Love!

Stop being your own front desk. Every month you wait, the wrong calls eat your hours and the right leads go cold. Nearly eight in ten buyers hire whoever answers first. FrontDeskChat answers the moment they ask, screens out the wrong fit, takes the fee, and books the call. Give it a few sentences about your work and it's live. Free for seven days, no card, no cut of your bookings.
