Reflex (YC W23) Is Growth and GTM Roles
You will own Reflex's go-to-market motion end-to-end, strategy through execution. We have strong product-market signals (1M+ apps built, 28k+ GitHub stars, Fortune 500 adoption) but no formalized GTM engine. We need someone who has built this before, taken an early-stage startup from unstructured inbound and founder-led sales to a repeatable, scalable pipeline, and can bring that playbook to Reflex. You will: - Engineer Systems to Assist with GTM and Growth - Define and execute Reflex's GTM strategy: segmentation, positioning, channel mix, and pipeline architecture from the ground up - Build the top-of-funnel engine, turning open-source adoption, product usage signals, and community engagement into qualified pipeline - Stand up the systems and processes to support the motion (CRM, enrichment, outbound, lead scoring, routing) and decide what to build vs buy - Partner directly with founders to translate product and community momentum into revenue - Own the metrics: define what we measure, build the reporting, and drive weekly/quarterly forecasting Qualifications - You have experience in Software engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, or some form of coding. - You have some experience or heavy interested GTM motion at a startup. - You've personally owned top-of-funnel strategy and pipeline creation, not just managed a team doing it - Comfortable operating across strategy and execution. You can set the plan on Monday and get your hands dirty in HubSpot on Tuesday. - Experience selling to or building GTM for a developer-facing or open-source product is a strong plus - Technical fluency. You don't need to write production code, but you should be comfortable with data, product signals, and working directly with engineers. - Bonus: experience with PLG motions, community-led growth, or open-source go-to-market
