Tristan L. Botelho
is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and a faculty affiliate of the Program on Entrepreneurship at the Yale School of Management, Yale University. His research focuses on how the structure and design of evaluation processes affect stratification, career outcomes, and entrepreneurship. In 2024, we was named to the Thinkers50 Radar Class of 30 up-and-coming thinkers to watch.
