Yes, we require a credit card to prevent misuse. However, remember that the first 1,000 requests are free so you can try the product without being charged.
Is there a rate limit?
Yes, there are two rate limits:
- global: 1,000 requests every 60 seconds.
- per domain: 3 requests every 10 seconds.
This allows you to extract data rapidly, but also protects the
websites from being scraped too hard. If you receive a
429 error, you can wait a few seconds and retry. We
don't charge for rate-limited requests.
Are there any upfront costs?
No, there are no upfront costs. You only pay for what you use.
Do I need to be a developer to use Handinger?
