The true one-click handoff

Click your favorite Mac in the Dock. Done.

Choose a paired Mac and the devices that should travel to it. GRSSHPPR puts that Mac in your Dock; one click sends everything you chose. No menu. No confirmation. No second click.

Yes, it is a little dangerous. That click can send away the mouse and keyboard you are using. Keep a built-in trackpad, spare input, or cable within reach while you get used to it.

Transfer on sleep

Close the lid. Keep moving.

Tell GRSSHPPR where your devices should go when this Mac sleeps. Close the lid and the handoff starts automatically: to one specific paired Mac, or to any paired Mac that is awake.

If nowhere is ready to receive them, your devices stay where they are.

Extremely Mac-assed

It belongs here.

GRSSHPPR is a small Mac app that behaves like one. It stays out of the way until you need it, then uses the parts of macOS you already know.

Bluetooth when the network gets weirdAn optional encrypted Bluetooth Low Energy link lets paired Macs communicate without a shared network, useful when a VPN or restrictive Wi-Fi blocks local discovery.

Good to know

A few honest answers.

How fast is a handoff?

Usually a couple of seconds. It is a real Bluetooth move, so expect a short pause with no cursor while the devices cross.

What does one purchase cover?

Every Mac you own. You receive one license key and use it on all of them.

Does it need internet?

No. Your license key is verified locally on your Mac, with no activation server or phone-home. Your Macs communicate directly over your local network, Apple Wireless Direct Link, or an optional Bluetooth Low Energy link. Mac-to-Mac traffic is authenticated and encrypted, and the Bluetooth option is especially useful when a VPN or restrictive network prevents your Macs from finding each other. No GRSSHPPR account is required.

What devices and Macs does it support?

Apple’s Magic Mouse, Magic Trackpad and Magic Keyboard, with two or more Macs running macOS 15 or later.

What if I change my mind?

You have 30 days to ask for your money back, for any reason or none. Paddle refunds you to the card you paid with, and the full Refund Policy has the details. And the 7-day trial comes first, so you can check GRSSHPPR works on your Macs before paying at all.

What if a device gets stranded?

Open GRSSHPPR on the Mac you want and take the device back. You can always reconnect an Apple Magic device to a Mac with its charging cable, so keeping one nearby is a good fallback.
