Add a random emoji to every commit message.

1. git clone https://github.com/phonyphonecall/expressive-git.git
2. cd expressive-git
3. ./install.sh
4. cd to the repo you need some emoting at the .git level
5. ./activate-expression

Commit away

Note that this will overwrite any commit-msg hook that is currently in place in the project.
