Manual Installation

Clone this repository:
git clone git@github.com:pashpashpash/slack-reply.git -
Open Chrome and navigate to
chrome://extensions/in your browser tab

Enable "Developer mode" using the toggle in the top-right corner

Click "Load unpacked" and select the cloned repository folder
- The extension will now be active on all Slack workspaces - just open Slack in Web and you'll see the "reply" option when you hover over a message!
Usage
Hover over any Slack message to see the Reply button. Click it to quote the message in the composer with an automatic @mention to the original author.
Compatibility
Works with Chrome browser on all Slack workspaces (app.slack.com and *.slack.com domains).
Privacy
This extension only runs on Slack domains and does not collect, store, or transmit any user data.
