Today we’re rolling out a new, skinnier header to all users.
A header that takes up less vertical space means less chrome and a better user experience. We want to highlight people and their code. Moving content up the page, even a little bit, is better for everyone.
We’ve been using the new header internally for a couple of weeks now and have become big fans of it.
For GitHub Enterprise customers, the new header will be in the next regular release.
