Description
On August 2, I noticed that my Claude Code Max 5x plan was not renewed, so I proceeded to pay for a new plan. Immediately after the payment, I was unable to access Claude Code or Claude.ai and consistently received the error message: "This organization has been disabled."
Background
In July, I subscribed to the Claude Code Max 20x plan but found it excessive for my needs, so I downgraded to the Claude Code Max 5x plan.
Steps Taken
I have attempted to resolve the issue through the following channels, but have not received any response:
- Email support
- Submitting the "Account Ban Appeal" form
- Contacting support via the AI chat on the Claude.ai website
Additionally, when attempting to request a refund, I received a message stating that the request was invalid.

Please investigate why my account was disabled following the payment for the Claude Code Max 5x plan and provide assistance in restoring access or processing a refund.
