• NYSE:DATA Tableau Software Inc.'s (2.99B) stock tanks by almost 50% due to missed growth expectations.

  The company reported quarterly earnings late Thursday afternoon and said that year-over-year licensing revenue slowed to 31% growth, from 64% year-over-year just 6 months ago.

• NYSE:LNKD LinkedIn (25.88B) plunges 44%, decreasing the company's value by almost $10B. LinkedIn reported a loss of $0.06 per share.

  It projected full-year revenues at $3.6 billion to $3.65 billion, versus $3.9 billion expected.

• NASDAQ:SWIR Sierra Wireless, Inc. (465.38M) tumbles 24% on reported 4th-quarter loss.

  Sierra Wireless, Inc. (USA) (NASDAQ:SWIR) reported a $383,000 quarterly loss, which equates to a loss of about $0.01 per share. [...] Additionally, revenue also fell short of expectations, as the company posted just $144.8 million for the quarter, well short of analysts’ expectations of $149.9 million.

• NASDAQ:PLUS ePlus Inc. (660.64M) is down 17% after a disappointing earnings announcement.

  The company reported $1.40 earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter, missing the Thomson Reuters’ consensus estimate of $1.77 by $0.37.

• NASDAQ:CALD Callidus Software Inc. (879.24M) drop 16% despite meeting analysts' expectations.

  Callidus Software (NASDAQ:CALD) last released its quarterly earnings results on Thursday, November 5th. The company reported $0.06 EPS for the quarter, meeting the consensus estimate of $0.06. The business earned $44.30 million during the quarter, compared to analysts’ expectations of $42.62 million.

• NASDAQ:QLIK Qlik Technologies Inc (2.28B) is down almost 15%.

  Analysts await Qlik Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:QLIK) to reports earnings on February, 11 after the close. They expect $0.29 earnings per share, 0.00% or $0.00 from last year’s $0.29 per share. QLIK’s profit will be $31.72M for 18.28 P/E if the $0.29 EPS becomes reality. • NASDAQ:ADBE Adobe Systems Incorporated (43.04B) is down 8% despite being given a A+ credit rating and a four star stock rating.

  Adobe Systems (NASDAQ:ADBE) last posted its quarterly earnings results on Thursday, December 10th. The software company reported $0.62 earnings per share for the quarter, beating the Zacks’ consensus estimate of $0.60 by $0.02.

• NASDAQ:AMZN Amazon.com, Inc. (252.66B) is down over 6%.

I'm not an expert, but I don't think you have to be one to realize that there is in fact a tech bubble. I double-checked the above numbers, but I might have missed something.
