Please note that GetFeedback Digital will continue to be supported. If it is currently included in your access, you are able to renew the GetFeedback Digital portion of your subscription beyond December 31, 2026.

How do I know if my organization uses GetFeedback Direct or GetFeedback Digital?

GetFeedback Digital focuses on in-the-moment feedback on digital channels like websites or apps to optimize the user experience. This includes features like passive feedback buttons and in-app micro-surveys.

How much time does it take to transition to SurveyMonkey?

Transitioning to SurveyMonkey typically takes around 90 days and is guided by your dedicated Technical Solutions Manager (TSM). Your implementation will be tailored to your unique needs, which may include custom training on our Salesforce integration, survey recreation, account setup support, and more. And, your Customer Success team will remain looped in through the whole process to ensure a smooth transition.
