Day 3-4 Activities:

Day 3-4 Activities:

Decision Framework

Every decision in this program follows the same process:

1. FRAME → What problem are we solving?
2. EVIDENCE → What do we actually know?
3. OPTIONS → What are the choices?
4. TRADE-OFFS → What are we giving up?
5. DECISION → What's the choice and why?
6. CONFIDENCE → How sure are we? (0-100%)
7. REVERSAL TEST → What would change our mind?
