Pricing

Lower fees than any other platform.

Most platforms take 3 to 5 percent plus a fee on every ticket. Evnelo takes 0.99% on paid tickets and nothing on free ones. You connect your own Stripe account, so ticket money goes straight to you and never sits with us; Stripe’s processing fee applies at Stripe’s rate, and you can pass fees to buyers or absorb them.

  1. Publish

    An event page with your cover, schedule, venue and hosts. Public, unlisted, or private by invitation.

  2. Register

    Ticket tiers, your own questions, guests with their own tickets, discount codes, a waitlist when you sell out.

  3. Pay and receive

    Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Pix. Tickets with a QR code, wallet passes, calendar files, confirmation by email and SMS.

  4. Check in

    A scanner that runs in any phone browser, keeps working without signal, and shows the room filling up live.

Evnelo is open source under the Apache 2.0 license. Host it yourself with one container and one MySQL database, plug in your own Stripe, Resend and Vonage keys, and keep every attendee record on your own infrastructure. Same product, no platform fee.
