EurIPS brings the world’s leading AI research to Europe

December 2 — 7, 2025

Bella Center (Entrance 4), Copenhagen

Six days of cutting-edge research, networking, and collaboration

TL;DR. EurIPS is a European conference officially endorsed by NeurIPS, the most prestigious AI conference globally; EurIPS showcases cutting-edge research papers that shape the future of artificial intelligence; EurIPS workshops are independent of NeurIPS workshops; the ELLIS UnConference is the kick-off event of EurIPS and welcomes all participants to join. EurIPS is over and we had a blast! We have summarized some of our key findings in our organisational report, which we release to be as open as possible. Financial details will be added in a later revision, when this information is available.

EurIPS 2025 is officially sold out! All available registration spots have been filled, demonstrating the incredible enthusiasm for this year’s conference.

We look forward to welcoming all attendees to what promises to be an exceptional program of presentations, talks, keynotes, workshops and networking opportunities in Copenhagen.

To those who did not get a ticket: we regret that we cannot accommodate everyone this year.

Our team is working hard on settling the program for the conference as we get closer to the event. Therefore, we are also announcing that Oral and Spotlight NeurIPS papers signed up to EurIPS after the 10th November will be assigned as a poster presentation.

We are pleased to announce a dedicated Salon des Refusés poster session at EurIPS 2025! This special session welcomes self-nomination of rejected submissions from all NeurIPS tracks, celebrating papers that almost made it through the review process.

Papers will be accepted on a rolling admission basis following a light review by the EurIPS committee, with priority given to papers with positive reviews and metareviews.

We are pleased to announce that EurIPS is offering registration fee waivers for students presenting at the conference. These travel grants are part of our commitment to inclusion and aim to alleviate financial difficulties that might hinder participation.

Students who have already registered are also eligible and will receive reimbursement of their registration fees.

EurIPS 2025 Workshops

We look forward to seeing these workshops come to life in December.

We recently visited the conference venue to discuss room layouts and other basic logistics that we all tend to take for granted. The venue – Bella Center – is Scandinavia’s second largest exhibition and conference center. The team tried to be hip and trendy and recorded a short video from the venue, in case you want to see the venue before it’s all dressed up.

NeurIPS is endorsing EurIPS, a meeting taking place in Copenhagen this year.

While independent meetings like EurIPS have been organized by community members in the past, this year NeurIPS is experimenting with providing one with more formal support.
