A friend of mine keeps hawking shitcoins.

“Yo, my cousin’s girlfriend’s brother is involved in this sick new culture coin, CHEDDA. I know it sounds stupid, but I heard Mark Cuban is invested and it’s announced next week. Get in now!”

For the record, I’d rather be poor than make my money with a coin name after misspelled cheese.

But still, until recently I had at least some appreciation for the effort that went into creating shitcoins and pump-and-dump schemes.

Hiring developers, building a community of miners, maintaining the code, marketing to investors… building any startup is hard.

Just that in this case it isn’t.

It only takes five minutes.
