You're probably like me and tried many times to set up new habits.
People say go as small as possible.
You set up goal like work out 2 hours per week, read 10 pages per day and comment on 5 posts on social media.
You start doing it for a few days.
Then life gets in a way. It becomes harder.
After a week, you're barely remembering you set up habits for yourself.
Hence, when you think they are small. Make them smaller.
That's what I'm doing here. I want to be better at sales. So sell 1 dollar per day.
I want to exercise and do more sports. Exercise for a minute a day.
I want to read more. Read a paragraph of a book.
Anyway, here you can see every thing I'm doing and you can see proof in the folder attached to each day.
If I miss a day, I'll give $100 bucks to someone random who interacted with me that day.

Why reviewing your goals every day?
6
Because I often forget where I'm heading and I want a daily reminder.
I'm sure by acting on my goals some would change but that's part of the journey.
At least I'm going somewhere and I can adjust and refine along the way.

Why a dollar a day?
9
I want to become better at sales and one dollar a day sounds weirdly scary but achievable.
That means I need to talk to someone and help them in exchange for at least a dollar.

Why 1 minute of exercise per day?
12
I love to exercise and play sports.
I just had a kid and I'm struggling to get back to it.
I don't want to be this dad that keeps their profile picture of them in their 30's when they were young and fit and
when you meet them you clearly see they gain weight and are far from that young and fit guy.
Anyway, I have the time for a minute for sure and I need to ease back into the habit.

14
Why 1 paragraph read per day?
15
I spend too much time on my phone and on social media.
It's putting me in a weird mood and mindset.
I don't like it and I want to change this and start reading more.

Why do one thing online per day?
18
I quit my job last year and I feel awesome chatting with people online.
I've had amazing conversations
and I feel I'm coming back to the earlier days of internet when I had 5 MSN conversations open at the same time
and speaking with people from different communities. I want that more.
