Shipping & Pickup
- Everything is grown at our Hilliard farm near Columbus, Ohio and we sell through mid-June until sold out.
- Please call to come by and make a purchase in person or check availability — get directions on Google Maps.
- We ship dried lavender bouquets, but fresh lavender is only available for farm pickup directly, June–Sept.
- Online garlic orders ship in the U.S. while supplies last, including elephant garlic and regular garlic bundles.
Columbus and Hilliard Garlic & Lavender Farm
Demeter Family Farm is a small family farm in Hilliard, Ohio, just outside Columbus. We grow a short list of things we actually know how to grow well: elephant garlic, regular garlic, fresh lavender, dried lavender, berries, fruit trees, and a few other seasonal farm favorites.
We got started in 2022 and have been at local farmers markets since 2023. Elephant garlic turned out to be our biggest seller. It's big, mild, and people love it. We also grow a softneck variety called Music for customers who want to buy local garlic from Central Ohio.
We started out as a lavender farm and still grow it, with fresh lavender available seasonally for farm pickup and dried lavender bouquets available to buy online. Over the years we added chickens, berries, and fruit trees. The orchard gets a little bigger every season. Come out and see us or just give us a call.
Wholesale and resale buyers: Our elephant garlic sells under PLU 4609. If you are buying to resell or stock a store, that is the code you will need. Call or email us to talk bulk pricing and availability.
