What is DeFi United?
DeFi United is a coordinated relief effort led by Aave service providers following the April 18 rsETH incident.
The initiative involves multiple ecosystem participants and individual contributors and aims to improve the backing of rsETH to normalize market conditions again.
How will the contributions be used?
The ETH contributed will be used to help the ongoing DeFi United effort to restore rsETH's backing, which will help normalize market conditions across multiple networks.
The recovery is a coordinated, multi-party effort and is dependent on technical and governance actions by third parties outside the control of DeFi United, such as KelpDAO reopening rsETH withdrawals and the Arbitrum Security Council releasing frozen ETH. DeFi United does not control, and makes no representation as to, the timing or success of such actions or the recovery in general. By contributing, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with participation.
