What you will do
- Design, and maintain key improvements to the multifarm.fi codebase and protocol.
- Take ownership over maintaining and improving large parts of our existing stack, with a particular focus on stability and user experience.
- Participate in reviewing and accepting code contributions from open source developers and community members.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to educate them on optimal design patterns for scaling our technology to millions of users.
What you need to succeed
- 2+ years of experience with highly performant backend infrastructure
- Extensive experience building and maintaining production systems at scale.
- Familiarity with or ability to become rapidly proficient at industry backend development like, MongoDB, API-Endpoints, Python, AWS, Cloudflare, etc.
- Good Understanding of reading EVM-based Smart Contracts (i.e. Solidity)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A drive to be constantly learning - much of what we're working on is groundbreaking technology and requires having an investigative, growth mindset to succeed in.
