What’s included for free?
Send up to 20 envelopes every month, free forever, with 10 AI credits a month. Keep up to 20 reusable templates on Free; Pro templates are unlimited and shared with team members. Need more? Pro is $20/seat/month with one workspace pool of 200 envelopes and 200 AI credits, plus contract review, document workflows, and API access. Adding seats does not increase the workspace allowance.
Can I sign a document myself or ask other people to sign?
Both. Upload a PDF and add yourself as a signer, add other people, or do both. Place the signature fields and send. Each signer gets a link to review and sign, without creating a Countersigned account.
What happens after everyone signs?
Your completed PDF and completion record are available to download. Your Agreements workspace keeps the document, recipient status, and signing history together, so you can find it again.
How do the AI features work?
Use AI credits to make PDFs searchable, even when scanned, and automatically detect fields to fill in. Pro also includes automated review for unusual contract terms. These tools and the document intelligence preview are in development. Signing and reusing templates do not use AI credits.
Which documents can I use?
Start with a PDF, such as a service agreement, NDA, offer letter, or lease. You can prepare it once as a reusable template or upload a new document each time.
