Log in to ChatGPT
Go to chat.openai.com and log in to your ChatGPT account in your browser

Export Your Data
Click on your profile in the bottom left corner, then select Settings → Data Controls → Export Data

Upload to ChatRecap
After receiving the email, download and unzip the file. Upload the conversations.json file here to get your recap!
