Atombeam has the answer in our unique and patented technology. Instead of adding layers of technology to make our data efficient and secure, we transform data and the way we use data completely, to make it intrinsically efficient and secure without compromising our ability to process it directly. We use the math principles of cryptography and compression in a “coder” to translate data into codewords using an AI/ML-created codebook. We then send and store the codewords along an event path, for use by “reader” applications. There, the data is accessed and used through the same codebook, directly in its transformed state. This is what, we call “data as codewords.”

Data as codewords is always compressed, always encrypted, and in future releases, you’ll be able to select how much of each you need. Coding and reading are done through on-the-fly pipeline logic and not file-based, a process-and-delay-intensive iteration. Our approach is so refined we can put it on a chip if desired. It adds so little latency that the most stringent control loops are unaffected, and yet the data is never exposed and transmission and storage is always optimized. Only application components with the codebook can read it, whether in flight or stored, and codebook distribution and control is highly secure.
